What is detailing?
Detailing is the process of cleaning, conditioning and
correcting the defects of a car as safely as possible, using
many steps and products to bring it back to its former
glory.
Where are you based and how far will you travel?
Emerald detailing is based in south Warwickshire, just 5
minutes from the m40 near gaydon. We will travel up to a 40
mile radius for free and then an extra fee will be added to
the cost of the detail, depending on how far away the client
is.
Are you insured?
Yes Emerald detailing is fully insured.
Can I bring my car to you?
Not at the moment. we may source a unit in the winter months
but for now Emerald detailing provides a mobile service
only.
Do you need a garage to work in?
No, though it would be preferred. We can work outside and we
have a large gazebo should weather conditions demand shelter
or shade.
My car suffers from swirl marks. Can you remove them?
Yes. once the car cleaned, paint readings are taking to
ensure a safe level of paint to work with and then the car
is machine polished to remove as many defects as it safe to
do so. Paint readings are taken throughout the polishing
stage to ensure safety.
Will my car be detailed in confidence?
Yes. Many of our clients cars are worth a lot of money, so
their name address, number plate etc are kept secret.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash and cheques with a guarantee card.
